I try to be kind (not passive-aggressive) when I give people the "Let me Google that for you" answer.

Of course, it comes as no surprise that I'd recommend searching using the search field in the upper right here for After Effects issues:

But that's just a customized Google search engine that runs on a couple thousand websites that I've entered.
