Over on Creative Cow, Carl Larsen has a nice 3-part tutorial on Building a Cube World.He shows you how to create a 360-degree camera-aware environment in After Effects without the use of third-party plug-ins (using a panoramic photo), how to build a title sequence within the environment, and how to track a lens flare onto the surface of that 360-degree environment.
