2D Paint is another company somewhere that's offering Windows-only plug-ins for Adobe After Effects. For the sake of completeness here's some descriptions:- 2DPaint Dolly is an automatic video stabilization plug-in.

- 2DPaint DigiPaint changes your video into animation drawn with a pencil imitating handicraft.

What the heck is up with all the windows only plugs? I feel left out.
The big ones are on the Mac though, and other good ones mostly seem to get there eventually. Often the functionality isn't hard to duplicate with a combination of extra layers and built-in features.
