It's been tough to get into Christmas since I found out about its origin as a pagan holiday. Same for most of the trappings like the Christmas tree, the stories and Santa (mostly a Norse god).
It's not that Santa is Satan necessarily as the Church Lady says, but the whole thing is hyped, sometimes it seems by Scrooge himself.
