GridIron Nucleo Pro 2 for AE CS3 is reviewed by Steve Douglas at Ken Stone's FCP website. Gridiron has several tutorial movies. Too bad it doesn't work with Premiere too.There are other options for background rendering in AE but they're not as handy.
